We're Texas-Bound!

We're finishing up the last of the packing for a weekend trip to Texas! Navy's playing N. Texas for the first time ever, and because the game coincided with a three-day weekend we decided to go.

The best part is we're staying with one of my favorite people in the whole world. She is creative, fun, funny and has three adorable girls. So - as much as I love Navy football, (and by the way, how about that Navy/Notre Dame game?!!!), the football game is almost incidental this time. I'll take lots of pictures and will post them sooner rather than later.

Hope you had a great time in Texas. Were you visiting with Lara? I flipped over to your link and thought I saw one of those Hurley faces. Actually, I watched part of the Notre Dame-Navy game with Beth and Dale. Take care, Kris (Beth's Mom)
